Standard Breath Meditation (1)
Breathe in, breathe out,
Fill up completely, empty out completely.
Rhythmic breathing.
Breathe in, breathe out,
Fill up completely, empty out completely.
Long breath, longer the better.
Deep breath,
Strong enough to be able to hear it.
It will keep you centered,
It will keep you energized.
Thoughts come up, whatever that comes up,
Allow them to pass.
It is the content of your consciousness.
Fill up completely, empty out completely.
All the way to the belly,
All the way from the belly.
Keep the rhythm going,
It will harmonize you in yourself.
Breathing only through the nose.
Breathe in, breathe out.
Fill up completely, empty out completely.
Through the breathing to arrive at a quietness in yourself,
Through being quiet reach to meditation.
Inner quietness.
It is behind your thoughts, between your thoughts.
It is the very ground of your being.
You have to reach there.
You have to settle in it.
You have to stay with it.
The Force will continue to work in you.
You will feel the pressure.
Breathe in, breathe out.
Fill up completely, empty out completely.
Keep the rhythm going.
It will help you to centre yourself.
Stay with the breathing, stay with yourself.
The Force will continue to work in you.
