Relaxed in Body and Mind, Centered in the Quietness Within (II)

 

Vigorous Breathing followed by Rhythmic Breathing.

Relaxed in body, relaxed in mind.

For a while you can observe the breath.

Observe the breath very lightly.

From the observation of the breath,

Come to awareness of the observer:

You as the observer.

You are aware of yourself as the observer.

Within that awareness, can you be aware of the quietness within you?

You are at ease.

Can you be with the quietness, relaxed?

There is no struggle, you are relaxed.

Allow it to happen.

 

Be with the quietness.

You are relaxed in the body.

You are relaxed in the mind.

Thoughts may appear in the quietness of your being.

Be with the quietness.

Allow the thoughts to pass.

Stay with the quietness, not with the thought,

Though you can observe and be aware of them.

Obviously, when you observe the thought, you are not thought

You are the observer.

It is the observer that is important.

Can you be with the quietness of the observer?

If it is difficult to relax inwards, totally,

You can relax outward, then inward.

You are free to repeat.
