Relaxed in Body and Mind, Centered in the Quietness Within (I)

 

 

 As always begin with the breathing.

Vigorous breathing followed by the Rhythmic breathing.

Be relaxed in body and mind.

Allow yourself to be quiet.

Quiet within.

There may be thoughts, and yet there is the quietness.

Be with the quietness.

To be with the quietness is not to struggle,

is to be at ease,

is to be relaxed.

If you are at ease,

if you are relaxed,

you automatically settle in yourself,

you are naturally quiet.

It is in the quietness

that you will feel the stirrings of your heart.

Feel it.

It will only deepen the quietness

and reach you to a deeper meditation.

Allow the heart to rule your meditation.

There is the quietness and there is the love in your heart.

Allow the heart to love the quietness.
