Meditation is to be in harmony with oneself
Meditation is –
To be in harmony with oneself.
I repeat, again and again.
This moment can come upon you by itself, as it were,
As a result of your practices,
As a result of being with us here.
When you sit here with us,
I move the Force within me,
And it will open you to different levels of your consciousness.
It is to free you internally.
Allow the Force to work,
While you watch everything that comes up to pass,
So that you may arrive at inner quietness,
And therefore inner harmony.
You have to be objective with what comes up in yourself,
Detached and objective as you watch the changes.
The Force when it acts upon the body,
May translate itself as restlessness in the body.
Then when it acts at the next level,
It will bring up many things –
Restlessness of the mind,
Passions, emotions – a whole run,
A gamut of thoughts,
Feelings and memories,
Likes and dislikes.
The whole universe will stand in front of you, in time,
In terms of the play of forces.
Even so sleep.
Try to be watchful of what is happening.
The moment of harmony will come.
These moments of harmony will increase,
With your practice,
While the Force continues to work,
To free you internally,
To organize your faculties,
That one day you may be the Master of Faculties.
If you find yourself being internally restless,
Allow yourself to relax rather than struggling with it.
Allow yourself to relax while you remain objective with it.
Let the force work.
