Jagriti & abhishek kriya – nada (Rebound)

We will start with the breathing.

Breathe in, breathe out.

Stay with the breathing.

Whatever comes up –

Thoughts, feelings, emotions, physical sensations, etc.,

Allow them to pass.

They are no concern of yours.

Our Force will continue to work with and in you,

While you prepare yourself to receive it,

And so you have to follow our instructions.

 

Breathe in, breathe out.

Breathing long and deep is extremely helpful –

Will keep you centered,

Will keep you awake,

Will keep you energized,

Will keep you fresh.

It is extremely healthy.

You should be able to hear yourself breathing.

 

Stay with the breathing.

Whatever comes up,

Allow them to pass.

They are no concern of yours.

Breathe in, breathe out.

Fill in completely,

Empty out completely.

Long breath,

Longer the breath the better it is.

Deep breath.

 

Through the breathing,

Arriving at the inner quietness,

Through being quiet to reach to meditation.

 

We will chant for ten minutes.

Take a deep breath every time before you begin the chant.

We will chant the Gayatri.

 

Om Bhur Bhuvaha Svaha

Om Tat Sat Savitur Vareniyam

Bhargo Devasiya Dhimahi Dhiyo Yonaha Prachodayat

 

In silence now,

Continue with the breathing,

To center yourself,

Keep yourself centered.

 

Breathe in, breathe out,

Fill in completely,

Empty out completely.

Long breath,

Longer the better,

Deep breath,

Strong enough to be able to keep you energized,

Strong enough to keep you centered.

 

If thoughts comes up,

Allow them to pass,

They are no concern of yours.

 

Breathe in, breathe out,

Fill in completely,

Empty out completely.

 

Stay with the breathing,

Through the breathing,

Stay with yourself.

 

Breathe in, breathe out,

Empty out completely.

The Force will put pressure,

You will feel it in the spine,

In the head and in the chest.

Stay relaxed throughout,

As you breathe in and breathe out.

The breathing will help you.

Thoughts come up,

Whatever that comes up,

And they will and they should,

Let them come and let them go.

Stay a witness throughout.

They are no concern of yours.

Keep this practice going.

 

We will do Jagriti Rebound meditation.

Direct the sound Om down to the first centre, Mulaadhaar,

For five minutes,

Strong breathing, strong sounding.

Then allow the sound to rise upwards, echo upwards,

Passing through all the centres,

To the top of the head and above,

To the skies, there to open out,

Feel the sky,

Feel for Grace,

Feel for Light.

 

Follow the sound all the way down to the first centre,

There to open out,

To awaken,

And then to move upwards with the sound, with the Force,

Passing through all the centres,

And above into the skies.

First centre – Mulaadhaar,

Between the anus and the genitals,

Deep in the center.

Deep breathing, deep sounding.

Empty out the breath completely,

Fill up completely,

Each time you do the sounding.

It is a worship unto yourself, unto God.

 

OoooooooMmmmmmmm

 

Feel the sensations of the sound going downwards,

And then rising upwards.

Feel the Force rising with it,

To the top of the head and above,

Into the skies and there to open out.

 

OoooooooMmmmmmmm

 

Empty out the breath completely,

Fill up completely,

Each time you do the sounding.

You are sounding your depths,

At the same time you are sounding your heights.

There is no limit to your depths,

There is no limit to your heights.

 

OoooooooMmmmmmmm,

 

Ten minutes in silence,

Centered in the sky,

In the heavens above your head,

Breathing into and out from the sky,

Long and deep breath.

Open out in the heavens above your head.

Feel yourself being lifted,

Above the head into the skies,

Into the heavens.

Feel for Grace,

Feel for Light.

It is a worship unto yourself, unto God.

 

Stay centered in the skies,

In the heavens above your head,

As high as you can be,

And nowhere else.

 

Keep strong breathing,

Breathe into and out from the skies.

 

The Force will continue to work in you.

You will feel it in your spine,

In your chest, in your head.

Thoughts come up,

Allow them to pass,

Whatever comes up,

They are no concern of yours.

Breathe in, breathe out.

 

Stay centered in the skies,

As high as you can be,

And nowhere else.

 

Long and deep, strong breathing,

Breathing into and out from the skies.

Stay relaxed throughout.

The longer the breath the better it is.

When you are breathing in,

You are reaching to the sky,

As high as you can go.

 

Now we will do Abhishek.

We will go up first with the sounding,

And then descend downward with the sound,

With the Grace,

With the Light,

Passing through the head and all the centres,

Down to the first centre and below,

Deep down below the first centre into the ground,

Into the subconscious.

 

Strong breathing, strong sounding.

It is a worship unto yourself and unto God.

Go upwards first and then downwards.

 

OoooooooMmmmmmmm,

 

Ten minutes in silence,

Centered below the first centre,

In the subconscious,

Below the first centre,

Deep below into the ground.

Breathe into and out from the subconscious,

Long, deep and strong breathing.

Open out into the subconscious,

Feel for Grace,

Feel for light.

It is a worship unto yourself, unto God.

 

Long, deep and strong breathing,

Into and out from the subconscious.

Stay centered below the first centre,

In the subconscious,

As far below as you can be,

Deep below into the ground.

 

We will move up to the heart centre for ten minutes.

In silence,

Breathe in and out from the heart centre.

 

Stay centered in yourself.

Allow them to pass.

They are no concern of yours.
