In The Silence of Your Being Awakens The Force – The Observer Remains Beyond

 Begin with the breathing.

Vigorous breathing followed by Rhythmic breathing.

Try to reach inwards.

(Long silence)

Be aware of the observer.

(Long silence)

While you feel the silence, as you are centred,

the observer is important.

To be able to see

observe changes, shifts, in the states, if any,

in the process of thought,

in the process of changes of thought.

Learn to be aware of any change,

any shift in the state,

while you are yet centred in the quietness of your being,

while you yet feel the silence.

Remember you are large enough to do all this.

Such vigilance,

such subtlety of observation is required,

that you are able to observe the shift,

the change in the processes that happen.

So fine must become your observation.

(Long silence)

In the state you are presently, are you observing,

while you yet feel the silence?

While you yet remain centred,

can you recognize,

can you perceive the shift, the change?

Are you being identified with thought?

Are you involved?

The observer is free of thought.

Free even so in the process of thought.

The silent witness,

the silent observer,

while the sound of thought continues.

The silence is untouched by sound.

In the silence of your Being, Awakens the Force.

Are you observing the change, the shift, if any?

Continue to be the observer.

To be able to observe the finest shades of change.

Let the thoughts move in you.

The observer remains beyond.

The observer feels the silence,

perceives the silence.

And yet the observer itself is the silence.

Silence is the observer.

Observer is the silence.

Sound is silence.

Can you not perceive the silence in the sound of the squirrel, the birds?

The form is the formless, formless is form.

The sound is the silence and silence is sound.

So loud is the silence, it is louder than the sound.

Silence is the song in you that has taken to form and yet is ever fulfilled in silence.
