Breath to Refuge in Self–Silence

 

Vigorous Breathing.

You feel light.

Follow up with long and deep breaths –

should be able to hear yourself breathing –

Rhythmic breathing.

To use the breathing to settle in yourself,

and go in.

Feel the silence within,

and stay in that concentration,

in that silence.

If anything comes up, allow it to pass,

remaining a detached witness.

Your objective is to be with the silence,

settle in the silence, that is your objective;

coming to a  concentration in the heart.

Be with the silence, as you remain concentrated in the heart.

 

(Long silence)

 

Blessed is the life that is given the opportunity to meditate and discover itself.

 

Unique is the life that takes to the opportunity given it – to discover itself.

Seek with all your heart –

with the whole of your being.

Ask and you shall receive.

Seek and you shall find.

Knock and it shall be opened unto thee –

The mystery of mysteries is in your heart.

 

Be with yourself deep in the heart.

 

(Long silence)

 

Feel the silence within and without.

Be objective with your thoughts, your feelings and your emotions,

whenever they come up.

Be with the silence throughout.

Deep silence. Deep heart.
